Finish Options
- Sealed Brass - Solid brass that is lightly sealed with an anti-tarnish additive to prevent the brass from aging or developing a patina.
- Antique Brass - Made of solid brass that has been aged and lacquer sealed
- Black - Durable satin powder coated finish
- Nickel - Mirror like metallic finish with a warm feel on the fixture and the outside of the shell shade. The inside of the shade is a non-reflective textured satin finish.
- Our Raw Brass finish features solid unfinished brass that is hand cleaned before leaving our shop. The brass will age and patina over time giving the finish a soft natural look.
- Please wear gloves while installing all fixtures. Touching raw brass with bare hands will tarnish the brass.

Is the bulb included?

Is professional installation recommended?
Yes. Hardwired lights should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes and the installation instructions supplied with the product.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Adjustability depends on the model. Please check the Dimensions and Specifications sections for the cord, chain, or downrod length and any available adjustment options.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Order preparation takes 1–10 business days. After dispatch, delivery to most countries is estimated at 8–20 days. Timing varies by destination and may be affected by customs clearance or local delivery conditions. Tracking is provided so you can follow your shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?
Our current policy accepts eligible returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact support@vivimia.com for return authorization before sending anything back.
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, except when the return results from a defect or an error on our part.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact support@vivimia.com immediately with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the damage. Photos of the packaging can also help us assess the issue.
Keep the item and its packaging while we review your case, and do not install a damaged light.

Does this product include a warranty?
Warranty
All products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
It does not cover natural aging or wear of materials.
It does not apply to purchases made through online auction websites.

The LED rechargeable desk lamp has a 3-month warranty from the date of receipt. The entire lamp will be replaced free of charge, but shipping costs are at your expense.
The LED lamp, LED light source, and LED driver have a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt. Accessories will be replaced free of charge, with shipping costs borne by you.
Other parts of the LED lamp are covered by a 2-year free replacement warranty from the date of receipt, with shipping costs at your expense.
Other non-LED light source products have a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt, with free accessory replacement and shipping costs at your expense.
Note: The above terms do not apply to damage caused by human factors. For human-caused damage, accessories must be purchased separately, and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
